Made-to-Order Products
Because all items are custom printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.

We Will Make It Right If:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• There's a printing error (wrong design, misaligned print, etc.)
• You received the wrong item or size

How to Request a Replacement
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at mdgs.bot@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos showing the issue
• Brief description of the problem

We'll review and either send a free replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Size Issues
Please check our size chart before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we unfortunately cannot exchange it. We recommend ordering a size up if you're between sizes.
